HOW DO WE WORK?

You can book online with your membership and there wont be any fee, depending on what membership you buy (for example whole gym for 55 minutes) you can book the slot where ever it is available and can book up to 2 weeks any bookings after that it will be cancelled.

You have to arrive on time not any time before or after your slot, you can come and go whenever in your slots.

We have a 5 minutes buffer time so 00:55-01:00 for people to come and go, 

YES! we have toilets but we dont have changing rooms so please dress before arriving or change in the toilet area.

Once you have booked your slot you will receive  an email 1 hour before your session with a code to get in.

Any issues getting in just contact our team and we will assist you.

Please keep it clean as other people with be after you during the day (put weights back,anything you move put back in the correct place, dont leave any mess/rubbish and use our bins and wipes on any equipment you use.

IF YOU TURN IT ON TURN IT OFF

to help our memberships cost and other cost down if you turn it on for example lights make sure you turn them off.
